3 in 1 T – (Phosphating, Derusting, Degreasing)
This is highly active rust converter/rust remover reducer based on polyoxosate innovator medium.
It has salient features shown below:-
1. Specific gravity- 1.25(approx).
2. Colour – Milky White.
3. Thinning Ratio: Rust Remover to Water.
a) For heavy rusted surface- 1 : 2 Parts by weight
b) For slight or poor rusted surface- 1 : 4 Parts by weight
Application:
Use rubber gloves for handling. Use it under full-cross ventilation.
Apply either by brush or dip depending upon the size and shape of the surface or object.
Keep Rust Remover Reducer for 30 Minutes in contact of surface or dip/immerse for 1 hour.
Take out the immersed object from the tank and allow Rust Remover Reducer to drip off completely and wipe out with old clean cloth Or “Dhoti”.
Apply Primer to the treated surface within 3-4 hours otherwise in humid condition rust layer may re-appear although it is acting as a degreasing, derusting and passivation.
Material would be supplied in plastic container.
DO NOT STORE MATERIAL (RUST REMOVER REDUCER) IN METAL CONTAINER.
