SURFACE PREPARATION :

The effective lifetime a coating depends to a large extent on how thoroughly the surface is prepared prior to painting. Surface must be prepared in accordance to instructions given on your product information sheet.

 

DIRECTION FOR USE:

  • Stir the paint with the help of spatula hand stirrer followed by the power driven stirrer the quick mixing.

 

For two component product :

  • Mix base and hardener separately. Mix hardener gradually to base in the given ratio with continuous stirring.
  • Always mix complete pack. In case of part mixing. Mix the packs as per the indicated ratio
  • Allow recommended induction time prior to use.
  • Mixed Paint must be consumed within the indicated pot life.
  • Used recommended thinner only, Avoid over thining.
  • Stain before use.
  • Ensure the surface is clean, dry and free of contaminate.
  • Substrate temperature should be at least 3°C above dewpoint and not above 50°

  • Follow recommended drying time and over coating interval.
  • Clean application tools immediately after use with appropriate thinner.

PRECAUTIONS :

Container must be sealed and stored in a cool and dry place.

Apply the paint under adequate ventilation.

Use hand gloves and goggles to avoid direct contact with the skin and eyes.

Prohibit smoking and sparking tools where product is stored, mixed or used.

Install appropriate type of extinguisher at storage and working areas .

Use carbon-dioxide, foam or dry chemical.

In case splits, absorb with sand or suitable absorbent material,

Collect and seal in a properly labeled container and dispose in proper designated bins as per local regulation and not in a drain or water channel.

WARNING :

This product may be harmful if swallowed or inhaled.

Do not keep or use near fire or flame.

 

FIRST AID :

If swallowed : Give water to dilute. Do not induce vomiting, get medical attention.

Eyes : Hold open and wash with running water for at least 15 minutes. Get medical attention.

Skin : Remove contaminated clothing and wash skin thoroughly with soap and water. Seek medical attention.

Installation : Remove to fresh air. If any symptoms persist. Seek prompt medical attention.
