Directions for Use:
PU Clear Finishes :
● Sand the surface with 180 number sandpaper
● Spray insulator – mix ratio - 1:1, drying - 2 hours, sanding - 220 number sandpaper
● Spray 2/3 coats of Clear Sealer - mix ratio - 2:1:1 , drying - 3 hours , sanding - 320/400/600 number sandpaper
● Spray Clear Topcoat 1/2 coats -
1. Matt - mix ratio - 2:1:1 , packing - after 48 hours
2. Gloss - mix ratio - 1:1:1, drying - 12/24 hours, sanding - 800/1500 number sandpaper, polishing - fine wool pad
PU Colour Finishes :
● Sand the surface with 180 number sandpaper
● Spray insulator – mix ratio - 1:1, drying - 2 hours, sanding - 220 number sandpaper
● Spray 2/3 coats of white sealer - mix ratio - 2:1:1 , drying - 3 hours , sanding 320/400/600number sandpaper
● Spray Colour Topcoat 1/2 coats -

2. Gloss - mix ratio - 1:1:1, drying - 12/24 hours, sanding - 600/1500 number sandpaper, polishing - fine wool pad

● Sand the surface with 180 number sandpaper
● Spray insulator – mix ratio - 1:1, drying - 2 hours, sanding - 220 number sandpaper
● Spray 2/3 coats of white sealer - mix ratio - 2:1:1 , drying - 3 hours , sanding - 320/400/600 number sandpaper
● Spray Color Topcoat Matt - mix ratio - 2:1:1 , drying - 1/2 hours without sanding or 12 hours before sanding , sanding - 600/800 number sandpaper
● Spray PU Special Effect (for various mix ratios & drying times, refer to specific product’s technical data sheet)
● Spray Clear Gloss (refer to above given Clear Gloss specifications)
Acrylic Clear Finishes :
● Sand the surface with 180 number sandpaper
● Spray 2/3 coats of Clear Sealer - mix ratio - 100:10:30 , drying - 4 hours , sanding - 320/400 number sandpaper
● Spray Clear Topcoat 1/2 coats -
1. Matt - mix ratio - 100:20:30 , packing - after 48 hours
2. Gloss - mix ratio - 100:70:30 , drying - 24/36 hours , sanding - 600/1500 number sandpaper, polishing - fine wool pad
